Effective communication is key to make Transformation Projects successful

Moonen Communications asked our Senior Advisor, Erik van Haaren, to provide insights in the importance of communication for a successful transformation and also about approaches & techniques we use during those projects.

Unfortunately communication does not always get the attention it needs in transformation projects and it is extremely important to reach the expected results. From stakeholder buy-in, to team motivation, to preparing the organization for the transformation, to dealing with bad news/unexpected, etc, etc.
