After 30 years of consulting, of which 25 years in leadership and advisory positions in transformation programs in Europe, Asia and the Americas, and after having supported more than 50 clients in achieving successful transformation programs, I decided to take that expertise and launch Quality Transformation in 2017.
Before that time I had various advisory and management roles in larger and smaller consulting companies. My primary focus has always been Application Enabled Business Transformation, meaning combining the implementation of state of the art digital tools with transforming business processes, data quality and use and/or organizational effectiveness in such a way that it creates the expected benefits for the company.
The reason why I started Quality Transformation is to not have a Consulting management role anymore, but rather have time to advice and coach my clients.
